Virtual Writing Classes
Moriah Stapf is a somatic psyhotherapist and equine assisted facilitator based in Ojai, CA. Through individual therapy, workshops, and groups, Moriah is dedicated to helping clients feel more deeply connected to themselves, others, and the world around them.
In a small virtual group, we will regulate ourselves, share conversation, guided exercises, and time to write as well as read (your choice).
Participants will have an opportunity to explore writing as a practice to access inner wisdom and growth. No writing experience necessary!
